you need buy 10euro credit for 120days first, and then you call free to north america (us and canada),  free call fix number for most europe country, such as the nederlands...

for calling china will cost 0.007euro/min. if you both call us and china, then 120days is good balance.

p.s. you can buy credit using normal bank account but no necessary using credit card.
