Honestly, I would not recommend Stephan. I learned from him for some lessons and I finially decided to quit to go for another one Joop, which I think is very good.
For stephan, He didn't teach anything, only accompy you sitting in the car. Also the lesson is not fixed by one instructor, you have to try different style each time. Yeah, the Bangladesh one is better than Stephan; as least he talkes and teachs something, but he is less experience, I have to say. Each lesson is not specially forcus on you, not plan at all. He will not take you to the exam route and will not take you to the special difficult area to practice.
I think for learning drving, it is not for yourself but also for others. So learning a practical way to drive and making a good habit for diving will benifit for you for life.
If the instructor is indeed good, and always make plan for you before teaching, it will absolutely save your time and money than what you have thought.
That is my opinion after learned from both instructors. LZ can try both and make your own decision...
