In my opinion:
First,boss and funding!
Second,university and subject.
Third,lanuage!
Personal idea:If japan plays the leading role on your subject ,you may choose Japan!But if you don't know japanese or you still want to keep your training in English countries,you may Choose Netherlands.
One of my friends now work in Tokyo U as a phd student(CSC),he spent one year to study japanese in Changchun,but he still can't understand what they are talking!
If your subject is not very basic or you don't need to have a postdoc training abroad,you may choose CSC!
You may sometimes regret what you haven't done,but you will never regret what you have done! |
