请教PhD申请问题以及 怎么应对这个套磁的回复，非常感谢

因为最近忙着准备申请材料，所以没有时间详细搜查资料，只好偷懒问各位XDJM们一些很弱智的问题
1 荷兰PhD是不是不要学费，而生活费是可以 有机会申请csc来弥补？
2 是不是论文答辩通过的话，会有正式的doctor文凭（这个问题的产生，源自对下面回复的不甚理解）---鄙视我好啦。。。。^^
3 荷兰PhD大概有哪些admission requirements， 如GPA，GT （反正知道Tinbergen的T要100的）

下面是一个TU Delft教授的回复，我先前跟他说对他的方向感兴趣，也把大概背景报了一下
In principle, our department can host visitors. We can offer a working place with computer and internet, secretarial assistance, etc. We do not have money to support your travel and living costs. There is now and in the foreseeable future no job opening for a PhD in our department. But if you have a grant to cover your living and travel costs, you are welcome!

真的感谢啦，因为家里压力大，还得跑招聘，同时又准备了几所米国的申请，为了争取国外修学的机会（我的G凑合，但是T很烂...），所以也想了解下荷兰PhD的情况。
希望 前辈们理解一下我所提出的 这些个  弱智的问题。

不要偷懒请先搜一下，也许用1个小时的时间就能回答你所有的问题，而且你可能会改变主意。磨刀不误砍柴功，这谁也替不了你。准备材料也不差这1个小时。你要是真成了phD这literature review的功夫要提早练。

It depends on your boss!Of course your GPA,PAPER and degree are quite important!

Yes.It depends on your local unversity!Don't forget to obtain your master's degree!A two year's master-PHD combination study is not enough!May be somebody in this background are very lucky or extremly excellent to enroll in the phd program directly.

简单的说就是：　你要自己有钱就过来吧，　白干活当然欢迎啦。

因为有很多csc ,惯得他们已经不想要AIO了

也不完全，我们这里有的教授就拒绝要csc。我没有批评lz，只是想培养一下风气，不要什么都上来就问，毕竟这里是博士专版，大家都有一定的能力。这种反复问的问题完全可以搜一下解决。如果lz是申请本科我估计我就直接回答了
