找个德国PM1 Project Manager for Industrial Project (Automotive Factory)
Location: Germany and North China
Duration: Start from November 2009, about 4 months Basic Design development in Germany, about 2 years project
implementation in China.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering; Civil, Structural, Architectural or Building Utilities background preferred;
2) Senior (>15 years) experience in design engineering for industrial facilities and project management;
3) Understanding of logistical, assembly and paint processes in the automotive industry preferred;
4) Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines;
5) Strong capabilities in programming, design management, budget preparation and management, procurement and
construction management, personnel allocation;
6) Experience with Chinese Design Institutes and Chinese contractors, realizing projects in China;
7) Ability to communicate (speaking, reading and writing) with clients organization in German and English;
8) Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
9) Computer literate using MS office.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible to ensure the fulfillment of the project goals with expected financial results and
customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will have overall supervision and responsibility for the Services to be carried out
by Tebodin and will ensure that he is fully involved and informed of the project progress and will participate in significant
project decisions and issues. On this project Tebodin’s scope of work does comprise the Project Management Consultant,
PMC, role being responsible for the Procurement and Construction Management phase of the project. Design works are
delivered by another party.
Tasks description：
1) Single point responsibility for the execution of this project;
2) Ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration in project execution;
3) Ensure project is executed as per contract;
4) Full understanding and control of project control tools;
5) Supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality;
6) Manage and lead the Tebodin PMC team on this project;
7) To develop the scope of work to achieve the specified deliverables;
8) Exercising control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality
and HSE requirements as per contract; manage and control Design Change Procedures;
9) To ensure the communication with, and involvement of all involved disciplines and project parties;
10) Reporting project progress to the Client in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on quality, cost,
schedule or HSE matters;
11) Follow and facilitate the transfer of Basic Engineering package prepared in Germany to China;
12) Prepare Procurement plan and manage its implementation;
13) Manage quality and progress control on the Construction site in the role of a PMC;
14) Facility and follow handover of the facility to the owner.
