关于一个博士空缺，有两个问题想咨询大家

我这找到了一个空缺，但是有两个问题有顾虑：
1. Contract type：Temporary，也就是说，要先做一年，再根据第一年的表现来决定是否继续让你在那个位置再呆三年，好像这样的情况很少吧？风险多大？
2. 该空缺的联系人是个assistant professor,相当于助教吧，连associate Professor都不是，这样也行？

1. unless you burned the lab or fight against your boss everyday or do nothing..., otherwise it should be OK.

2. it is fine. one possibility is that this ap is your daily supervisor while another bigger boss got the fund. it could also be possible that this ap got the fund to hire a ph.d student

TUD很多博士都是先1年然后evaluate的，只要不过份都能过，没什么问题。assistant professor也有权力啊，很多时候promotor太忙，活都是下边的assistant professor干。另外国内的教授太泛滥，这边的AP也有很多权力的
