不确定的话就问问系里Board of Examiners，我想按他们说的做就可以了吧。我是在progresswww上把成绩单打印出来，然后找他们签字盖章的。我和你不是一个院的，经验仅供参考。

and request an academic transcript. You can ask for sealed copies in the "comments" box, where you can also ask to have them sent by mail.
当时发信去问他们的，可以点上面那个网站，你如果在格村，可以凭学生证取，不在格村还可以让他们给你寄过去
