请问delft master 的申请截止日期是每年的什么时候啊？？？

1 November 2009
Application deadline for students wishing to apply for scholarships and therefore in need of an early notification. The admission decision follows by half January at the latest.

1 April 2010
Application deadline for all other students. The admission decision for students applying after 1 November 2009 follows after a maximum of eight weeks of acknowledged receipt of your complete application.
