我今年十月份要去荷兰的莱顿大学都博，正在办签证，昨天收到一份标题为 pick up your visa 的邮件，但是里面提到让我自己申请保险，整份邮件内容如下：
Dear $,
I have received notification that a Visa (MVV) and a work permit have been granted to you.
Please contact your local Dutch Embassy or Consulate in Beijing (China) to make an appointment to pick up your MVV.
You are required to collect the permit within six months of issue.
There are two kinds of visa. The “simple” visa and the combined visa. With a combined visa, you can enter The Netherlands for a stay of more than three months, apply for a residence permit, and then travel freely in and out of The Netherlands and through all the Schengen countries during the first three months after the visa was issued.
With a “simple” visa this is not possible. The combined visa will cost you about 25 euros.
Requirements for the combined visa
When you go to the embassy to pick up your visa, be sure to discuss with the embassy official which type of visa to use: the 'simple' MVV or the combined visa. If you want to get a combined visa there are two extra requirements which you have to fulfil:

You can use this hyperlink to apply for this insurance. You have to present proof of this at the embassy. The insurance must be valid for at least the first 90 days. It's validity must cover the whole Schengen-area. It must at least provide coverage for urgent medical care, emergency hospital treatment, and repatriation (= flying you home) on medical grounds. It needs to have a minimum coverage of €30,000 (thirty-thousand).
2. If you ask for a combined visa you might have to wait two more weeks before you receive your visa. This depends on your nationality. For certain nationalities the embassy is obligated to ask the other Schengen countries whether they have any objections to a person being issued a combined visa. This is because the combined visa is valid for all Schengen countries, while the simple MVV is valid only for The Netherlands. Such consultation, although it is necessary only for a few nationalities, takes about two weeks. If you want to know beforehand whether this consultation procedure will be required in your case, call the embassy and ask.

Please do not book a flight to the Netherlands before you have picked up your MVV.
When you arrive in the Netherlands, we need to make immediate arrangements to transfer from a Visa to a permanent Residence Permit. The Immigration Authorities require this action to be started up within three days of your arrival. Please contact me within that time period.
Please inform us as soon as possible when you will arrive in the Netherlands. Do not forget to bring your birth certificate and your marriage certificate if applicable.
