It is our great pleasure to invite you to the Dutch-Chinese Life Sciences Forum 2009 , November 5th -6th at University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), in the Netherlands.


The Dutch-Chinese Life Sciences Forum provides a unique event for exchanging ideas and experiences among scientists of Chinese and Dutch universities. This year, the discussion will focus on the following topics:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration to the Dutch-Chinese Life Sciences Forum 2009 costs 10, - euro per person. This registration fee includes: l Entrance to all forum sessions l Opening Dinner on 5th November l Lunch on 6th November Please prepare cash money and pay upon arrival at the reception desk on 5th November.

REIMBURSEMENT ON TRAVEL EXPENSES

The Dutch-Chinese Life Sciences Forum reimburses full travel expenses for bachelor and master students from participant’s home university city to Groningen. The reimbursement applies for: l 2nd class train tickets with a discount card l Both Chinese and international participants For declaring the expenses, please provide us the original train tickets, your name and your bank account at our reception desk on 6th November.

ACCOMODATIONS

The forum offers 20, - euro reimbursement for accommodation of each participant on 5th November. For declaring the expenses, please provide us the original hotel receipt, your name and your bank account at our reception desk on 6th November. Some hotels around the conference venue:

ABSTRACT

To submit the abstract, please use the abstract template we provided along the registration form. Make sure to your abstract does not exceed 350 words.

IMPORTANT DATES

Deadline for registration is 20 September 2009 （延至 10月11日24:00时）

Conformation for acceptance of the abstract is 1 October, 2009 （延至 10月19日）

我们论坛向所有对生命科学领域感兴趣的本科生、研究生（硕士、博士）及博士后开放。
而且本次论坛主题涉及营养与健康、老龄化以及文化差异和适应等大众比较感兴趣的热点话题。

我们欢迎广大同学踊跃投摘要（只要与生命科学领域的即可），分享他们的科研成果和进展，
但是，交摘要不是参会必需的条件，没有摘要的同学在10月11日之前提交注册登记表交即可参加我们的会议。
