IND的一封信，，困惑中，，

今天收到一封IND的信，，全是荷兰语，用GOOGLE大概翻译了下还是不是很明白，， 有朋友能帮忙大概看下是什么意思吗，，，有点长。。。谢谢拉
ik heb kort naar uw aanvraag gekeken en kom tot de conclusie dat er wijzigingen in uw verblijfssituatie hebben plaatsgevonden die van involved zijn op uw huidige verblijfsvergunning.
ik kom tot deze conclusie omdat u een wijziging van de beperking wilt van aanvullende examens naar studie. Uit de door u overgelegde stukken blijkt dat u reeds ingeschreven sttat als voltijd student voor de opleiding Finance and control aan de han Univercity of applied sciences te arnhem.
De aanvraag om een wijziging van de beperking voor studie loopt enkel nog via de onderwijsinstelling. De leges moeten worden voldaan per automatische incasso. HAN unversity zal dus namens u een wijziging van de beperking indienen.
Ik adviseer u dan ook dat u zich moet wenden tot de Student administration office van de Han university.
ik verzoek u mijn binnen twee weken na dagtekening van deze brief te berichten of u een wijziging van uw verblijfsvergunning gaat aanvragen bij uw onderwijsinstelling en de huidige verlengingsaanvraag. U kunt hiervoor de  intrekt. U kunt hiervoor de bijgevoegde verklaring gebruiken.
mocht ik binnen twee weken geen reactie van u ontvangen, dan ga ik er van uit dat u uw huidige verlengingsaanvraag wilt voortzetten. U ontvangt in dat geval een acceptigiro voor de betailing van die aanvraag verschuldigde leges. Na betaling van het legesbedrag zal ik op grond van de aanwezige gegevens beslissen. U moet er dan wel rekening mee houden dat uw aanvraag kan worden afgewezen

What I understand are the followings:

1. At this moment, you have a Residence Permit with the purpose of "studying for the university entrance exam" (or 预科).
2. Probably you submitted a renewal application for this 预科 ID.
On the basis of the documents that you provided, the IND officer sees that you are now  already enrolled as a fulltime Finance and Control student at HAN (Hogeschool Arnhem).
Since you are now a full time student at HAN and you are not studying 预科 anymore, there are important changes that will have an impact on your residence. Thus, you can no longer renew your current 预科 permit.
3. The IND officer makes clear that you need to submit a Change Purpose Application through HAN. So they ask you to go to see the student administration of HAN, because they need to submit the change of purpose application on your behalf and help you pay the application fees.
4. In the letter, it says that they give you two week time to talk to HAN to submit the change of purpose application. If you decide to do this, you also need to inform the IND within two weeks.
5. If you don't let the IND know what you are going to do or if you decide not to apply for change of purpose, they will presume that you would like to proceed with your current 预科 renewal application. However, the IND let you be aware of the possibility that your renewal application can be denied.
