有无同胞通过ingegrand找到过实习?一般都是怎样的实习需要注意些什么?请高人指导啊~

nothing much. if they think you are a qualified candidate, they will send your cv to their contacts in the companies.

if that guy is interested and has a vacancy for you, she or he will probably call you.
