比较奇怪，我发现ind的表格里面没有要求出生证明哦~ 如下：
为什么大家都说出生证明是肯定要的呢？
you are the unmarried partner of someone (your sponsor) who
resides in the Netherlands
You must submit the following additional documents and documentary
evidence together with your application:
– Proof of your sponsor’s income, see the Proof of Income Annex
– An original extract (not a copy) from the Municipal Administration
showing the address and family composition of your sponsor. This
extract must be dated within the last 6 months
– Copies of all of the pages of your sponsor’s identity papers if he or
she is a Dutch national or of the front and back of his or her
residence permit or of all of the pages of the passport in which your
sponsor’s residence permit has been entered
– The sponsor Declaration Annex completed in full and signed by
your sponsor
– The unmarried status declaration from you (This unmarried
declaration must be from your country or origin. See the notes on
‘Foreign documents’ and ‘Language’ on the reverse of this form. You
do not need to submit an unmarried declaration if you had lawful
stay with another partner in the Netherlands prior to this application.
In the latter case an extract from the Municipal Administration
[Gemeentelijke basisadministratie, GBA] with regard to your
marital status is acceptable).
– A copy of your sponsor’s unmarried status declaration (if your
sponsor does not have Dutch nationality of a permanent residence
permit, the unmarried status declaration must have been issued in
the country of origin. See the notes on ‘Foreign documents’ and
‘Language’ on the reverse of this form)
Please note! This does not apply if your sponsor had previously held a
VVR in the Netherlands with another spouse or partner and he/she
now wishes to invite another partner to the Netherlands or live with a
new partner, or if the person who was married submitted a divorce
certificate and the person who was staying with the partner demonstrates
that he/she is unmarried and has not moved his/her principal
place of residence. In these cases is not necessary to submit an
unmarried declaration from the land of origin.
