UU的签证问题，有了解得么？急！

关于mvv给uu的材料有几个问题。由于neso的问题耽搁了，现在才开始办这些也不知道来不来得及。
1. "Proof of health insurance" ? 这是什么？是在mvv的申请材料中的
2. 今年的说明有一段：
The IND no longer accepts Certificates of Deposit as proof of sufficient financial means. Chinese students must therefore transfer funds into the University’s account. These funds will be kept in the student’s name until upon arrival they will either be used to pay the tuition fee and/or deposited in a Dutch account in the student’s name. The fee for visa and residence permit will be deducted from this amount and paid to the IND.

The amount you must have at your disposal varies:
Exchange students: € 800 per month
Please multiply € 800 by the number of months that you will be studying in Utrecht and transfer this amount using the accompanying ‘payment information’.

Degree-seeking students:

Tuition
Housing	At least € 5400
Living expenses	At least € 4200
Total

Of the total amount you must transfer at least € 10 000 (euro!) into the university’s bank account. Proof of the remaining amount can be demonstrated as described on the next page.

这是说要把学费生活费都存到学校账户里么？因为在你的帖子中看到是学费交给学校，生活费开bank statement呀。

3. 在appendix photocard 中有一项"V-number " 要填，这是什么？

1) health insurance 应该是学校帮忙购买吧

2) 貌似是学校明确说明不可以再用bank statement了，应该先把钱存进学校帐户

3) V number 是你身份证（荷兰的身份证）背面的VNR 之后的10位数，用来确认在荷兰的身份。如果不在荷兰的话你得咨询一下学校那个需不需要填

以上答案都是我的个人意见，还请最近申请过签证的同学帮忙解答一下

第一个是健康保险证明，建议自己购买IPS或者AON的，在学校办的AON除了确认邮件什么证明卡片都没有，一看病老麻烦了

第三个也问问吧，我觉得第一次办ID的话用不到，续ID才需要提供吧

前两个别人回了，我直接回复第三个，v-number在寄给学校的时候留空，这是我问小秘得来的。
然后IND批准了你的申请签证后，学校会给你一个email，里面会告诉你的v-number。

我愿意回答第二个问题：
学校的意思是说，你不能什么都不交，直接把存款证明拿给学校看，为了防止你利用学校帮你办签证，要求中国学生要提前汇总额中的10000欧元给学校。当然你也可以多汇一些，把一年需要的钱都汇进去。如果你就汇10000欧的话，那么除去学费，签证的费用，肯定是不够生活费的。所以你应该按照学校给你的消费标准，把剩下的钱证明给学校看，说明你有能力完成学业。这部分其实还是要用银行证明的方式。

如果理解的不对，请大家指出。
