请问读硕士大概多长时间呢，一年的学费大概是多少啊

Usually the study period is between 1 and 2 year.
The tuition is various and subject to which university or school you study and your major.
Generally speaking the tuition of business and economics study is much higher than other majors. As far as I am concerned, I will pursue my master in HES Rotterdam, the tuition is EURO8000, and the study period is one year.
So, you'd better directly contact the universiy you prefer and have the details.

how to contact the university ?is in english version?or not?

First， you may find the right university via yahoo or other website；
Second，visit the website of the unviersity which you are interested in and forward your email showing your intention  to the university；
Next， waiting for the application pacakge via airmail or download the application materials and apply on line；

of course you need you contact your object school in English,
this is international standard,
try to use Email write to them but now, almost all school is in summer holidays. I think it will be better that you contact them in September.
