请求帮助啊。。。

请问蒂尔堡的申请资料中为什么要在申请学校的资料中要求NESO证件啊？这个不是拿到通知书以后才用的吗？？现在我的neso才开始办。。但是学校说我申请资料中差neso证件。。怎么办？？

我特别郁闷。因为我过年的时候就是1月底就把所以的材料给了中介，那个中介花了3个月时间材料都没有寄到学校。学校到现在还没收到完整的材料。其中，蒂尔堡学校说差NESO证书。。我就不明白了。那个证书不是在申请到大学以后才开始办理的吗？
另外更让我郁闷的是，neso办理那边现在发确认函给我说开始帮我办理neso证件。。可是这个不是都要平均20天左右吗，5月15号大学就要截止申请了。怎么来得及啊？？

in fact. there is no causal relation between admission and NESO. however, UVT sets the NESO as part of the application files with the actual purpose of making sure that u will hold the neso certificate when u r admitted.

therefore, u can email to the admission officer to explain the possible delay of handing in the neso certificate. furthermore u can try to ask for a conditional offer if the other admission requirements r sufficed.

actually right...
try to contact the international service office of uvt on your own and they are willing to answer your mail within five working days  supposing you are eligible to be admitted.Neso certificate is necessary and you can get an unconditional ad letter  after neso is sent to the institute.

as for the agent....why not DIY?usually it's more efficient and reliable....good luck with you

thanks very much for both you two above. it seems that i was tied with the agent tightly.  i will make it according to your advice. thanks again..
about the DIY or AGENT, i think everyone has her reasons why choose AGENT or DIY, i have may reasons. but now, i can totally understand i make a wrong choice about the agent.
after things to be done, i will publish my experice with the agent in detail and give a warning to the news.
