assessed 估计应该是没戏了。。。不知道去年申请的人是怎么样的

NUFFIC的人是这样回答的:
Your status ‘twice assesed’ does not give you a better chance to get the scholarship.

It is just an intern administrative status at Nuffic.

The results will be publishes on our website next week.
