请教最近在英国转机的朋友

在Cheapticket上订了往返机票，回程是需要在London, Heathrow转机的。但是最近收到官方答复： A transit passenger is not required tohold a transit visa if he holds, or a person with whom he arrives in the United Kingdomholds on his behalf: 
- a valid common format residence permit issued by an EEA State pursuant toCouncil Regulation (EC) No. 1030/2002;

If you have a residency card, that isnot considered as a common format. Commonformat residency permit is considered which is stamped into the passport and ithas a machine readable zone on it. 
按照这个要求，尽管我们有荷兰的ID，但不能算是common format，也不能免去transit visa。请教有谁最近在英国转过机，能给个正确的答复吗？多谢多谢！
