Already boasting a solid institutional client base, the company is set to continue expanding on an international scale. In order to support their growth plans and secure the attainment of strategic goals, our client is seeking to appoint a Office Associate to be based at their headquarters in Amsterdam.
Functions
In this role you will be the primary attendant of the company’s reception area. You will act as the first spokesperson for all visitors to greet and assist them in a correct and professional manner consistent with company policies and procedures. Reporting to the Executive Office Administration Manager, you will manage and redirect national and international inbound calls, and will assist in Office & Facilities related tasks according to the team's needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-profile international corporate environment. You will display excellent customer-service skills and (cultural) sensitivity to the needs of different high-level clients and internal staff. You will have excellent written and spoken language skills in both English and Dutch, and will need to be willing to work flexible hours on occasion. Additional educational qualifications in Office/Facilities Management are a plus.
