The PV system is much dependent on the solar radiation, electricity generation, installed angle, orientation,. There is not a single way to calculate the cost. But you could expect a installation of 4.5-5.5 Euro/Wp for a rough estimation for BIPV system in the Netherlands. The installed capacity is affected by the roof shape and adjacent shadings, thus hard to say provide knowing the details of the roof. Please also note that solar power is intermittent, meaning it is very llikely dismatching the house load. In this sense, you have to be backed up by the grid or other storage system.

Dutch PV market is very small due to the facts that the solar resource is not good and customers have different opinions against PV technologies. The incentive policies for PV installation in Netherlands was issued April last year, but it is quite different from Feed-in-tarrif as that in Germany and Spain. Therefore, the effects on PV market is limited.Germany and Spain used to be the ambitious market of large scale PV application, however they are encountered downturn due to credit crisis and slump in Feed-in-tarriff rate. Fortunately Italy and France are catching up and offset the decline.
I have to admit that it is a hard time for both solar PV project developers as well as cell and panel manufacturers since the market shrinks at one hand and the production capacity is much over the demand on the other hand. Tough competition is inevitable. To survive the competition, the cell and module manufacturers have to focus on the quality and reliability of the products, good after sales service and reasonable good price of course.
But, personally I am very in favor of the solar energy, not only solar PV, but also CSP, which are best solutions for future energy supply. I believe the next prosperous market will be USA and China. The question, for more than 300 Chinese solar module manufacturers, is how to survive until next round taking-off of PV market around 2015?

这个行业已经完全是买方市场了。敢问楼上这位兄台在荷兰的太阳能企业高就？

你家要装吗？我老公一个客户是做这个的，因为荷兰没有这方面的补贴，他们一般都是做德国的市场，当然荷兰这里也有安装的，不过面积不大。你看看上上周的NETWERK这个节目，里面那个荷兰做太阳能企业的就是我老公的那个客户。你要报价的话，我倒可以帮你问问。

05年的时候我也有个产品想在荷兰做,但是后来研究发现,荷兰阳光实在太少了,装我那个东西就没有必要,还是做去南欧比较好.

有同感。其實歐洲可以看好的市場莫過於德國及法國。

消失一段时间，没有上来看，原来大家说了这么多。 你们等等吧，5月份荷兰会有新的政策，这个政策会给想安装的人带来一定的福利，但是个人认为如果经济条件不稳定，不考虑太阳能安装，因为这是长线投资。荷兰的太阳折射只有0.85，回报会更长一些。 至于楼主如果是投资电池片的话，那就是大康家庭了，有意思的人可以赶紧联系楼主，估计是个小富婆。做组建的规模不大的就穷一些，一般几百万就顶天了，但是电池片没有几千万是下不来的。
