When people write 115,00, Does it mean 115.00? or 11500?

700还是贵的了.我还开过200的车呢。挺好的.美国700也能买车的呀。

以下的车都是200 EURO之内的,有的还有有效APK的...要买车的抓紧那,哈哈.
