POST-DOC and KM?

Hello there, I am planning to do a postdoc in Amsterdam. I would need your kind help.

(1) is postdoc generally entiled to entry as KM in the netherlands?
(2) what is the average salary (netto) for a postdoc?
(3) does the spouse acquires the right to work after having acquired the residence permit?

Though the situations differ between persons, I'd love to have your kind information. Thanks.

哥们，你不觉得在全是中国人的网站上留好多全英文的帖子不是很恰当吗？特别是你还希望大家帮你提供信息的时候。不是说有人不懂英文，我想是一个态度吧。中文输入法有这么大难度？
