how can the company start KM application without a signed contract? Is that possible?

Anyhow, even if you already signed a contract, you are not married to the company. If you have other better choice,s what's wrong of leaving? It's a two-way choice, if your employer can not make u happy, you don't have to stay just to make them happy, right?
Plus, no one really cares.
