It seems like the 0203219292 can only call to HongKong number from now on.
Besides, the other number 0207019292 mentioned by the voice is never available.

Anyone have any ideas of how to dial to Chia Mainland (fixed phone #) with no / low cost but only minutes deduction by mobile phone in NL???
