有关港澳通行证的问题

过年想去香港玩几天，但是要飞回国，然后从国内飞香港。本来想在国内办的，但是因为国内春节放假要放7天，而且我们那个地方办港澳通行证要10个工作日才能办好，还不能加急。算算日子，等办完了也没时间去了。所以想问问各位大侠，在海牙的中国大使馆可不可以办港澳通行证啊？我打了好几次电话都没人接，郁闷死了

我没有从香港转机的机票啊，而且我在香港玩完后要飞回北京啊，这样的话，如果我说是转机的话也可以吗？

you can apply for 香港签证 at the Chinese embassy in Den Haag. You won't need 澳门签证 if you have Dutch ID. This is what I did in February 2008. I had flight ticket between A'dam-Beijing and went to HongKong for shopping and sightseeing (I went from Zhuhai). In case they have changed the rule now for  entering 澳门, you may ask the embassy if they can issue a 澳门签证 to you. At least early this year, the Chinese embassy didn't issue 澳门签证 (they don't even have any application form for 澳门but only for HongKong) just becasue there was no need to have a 澳门签证 for Chinese people who have a Dutch ID. Bring photos with you (I don't remember how many copies they have asked, you may bring more than 1 just in case). Find the application form at the entrance of the building. If you don't see the form (this was my case last time), ask at the desk (window 1) for the form. Hope this can help you.
