关于辞职的问题

想问一下，荷兰辞职一般notice多少时间，在第一份工作开始前辞职，会不会加违约金？是不是没写进合同就代表只要给足notice时间，就没事？谢谢达人解答。

最近刚辞职可以回答一下漏主的问题

一般 notice period两种，one month / one calender month.前者就是30天，后者就是说一定要从下个月的1号到30是号  作为notice period

如果在和合同开始前就不想干了，人还是一定要去出现的一下的，一天就好。一般新合同开始的一个月内都算试用期，劳雇双方都可以随时终止合同。

请问楼上，如果我这个月中旬提出辞职，那么我这个月底可以走人吗？
还是就算我是这个月中提出的，那个notice period也得从下月1号算起到30号呢？那样的话岂不是等于要等1个半月？BTW我合同中写道：both parties are entitled to terminate the employment during the term of the employment contracty by giving notice in writing and in accordance with the statutory notice period. The employment contract can only be terminated at the end of each calendar month.

看你的合同应该是 one calendar month, 就是说你现在辞职的话要12月底才能走人，必须在书面辞职后再工作 1号到30号整个月，除非你有很多没有用掉的假期 就可以扣除。但是很vague的是 什么叫with the statutory notice period？ 它没有写明到底需要多久 的notice，而是说按情况看...这个挺奇怪。
