从荷兰可以去美国嘛？

从荷兰可以申请去美国的旅行签证吗？需要哪些材料？要什么条件？只要能去美国，其他种类的签证也可以啊！有那位前辈知道的？急需！

yes, you can. You need to show them the work contract (or a letter from your school here, which says you are a student and when you could finish your study in Holland), income or bank statements, your > 6 months ID card, the arrangement of your trip, and so on.

but after 9.11, the policy has been changed a lot. heard it's harder to get visa than B4

但是挺难的！因为在荷兰签证更有移民倾向！所以一般的人都回到中国签！麻烦！

If you are working here, then no problem at all. And I even had got visa when I was student (but my Professor wrote a letter saying I would start Ph.D under supervision by him soon) 3 years ago

for study, not that difficult if you can provide the neccessary financial support, admission and so on. One thing must take into account: you should still have at least 6 months resident permit in Holland if you want to apply visa to U.S in Amsterdam, otherwise they will ask you go back to China to apply.
