Pls help me, it has been a long time that no one answer me? hoping someone who knows the following question, and give me advice.
it sounds that we 'd better to study in the university,but in febuary 2004, few universtity has enrolment.
But I want to go next year in Febuary,so have to find a Hegonshool.
Hes rotterdam seems to not have a good reputation, and it is said HES amsterdam is much better,
so I want to go to HES Amsterdam,
does Hes Amsterdam have enrolment in Spring 2004?
