请问电视算包括在家具里么？

今天问了曾师兄, 说去www.kansrijkhuren.nl 可以排政府的廉价房. 不过是抽签形式的, 有可能像师兄一样一个半月就被抽到,也有可能十来年也等不到.

刚刚幫朋友找了一下一房一厅的房子价格大部份都在市中心的(价格范围是 400~700)

另外最下面包家具可是就700多不到800...本人觉得买家具超级麻烦...包比较好

个别房子我住过，感觉就是单身汉的小窝。
床及其小，都是单人床。厨房基本是凑数的一样在厅和卧室的连接地带。很小，站2个人就满了。
如果有家口的还是算了吧，或者要求房东买个双人床。

没有去过荷兰所以无法判断房屋的情况和位置的概念。
本来准备无论如何租个两室一厅的，哪怕在郊区，因为我现在住的地方就在一个城市的郊区，有公交通研究所。而且在我这里即便更远的郊区也有长途巴士和短途火车连接住所和工作场所。
麻烦住在埃因霍温的同学介绍一下市中心和郊区的区别？

有没有网站是房主自己登出房子的网站？听说荷兰的房屋中介也很黑，在没有看到房子和环境之前，只是看照片我想不满意的几率是很大的，如果到那里再找，时间上不知道是否允许，拖家带口还要邮行李给新地址，现在我还没有想到好的解决办法，如有好办法，敬请告知！！
