then you have to call that 0900 number-quite expensive I know...and they are not any better either...it took me long time to finish the conversation with them, and still they didn't solve my problem...I solved it by myself. You just need to try and error.

we had exactly the same problem with KPN last week. At first they said we should clear and re-insert the card, or stay at channel RTL 4 for a hour. Of course it didn't work. We complained their service and they send us a new machine. They also gave us a code for sending back the defect machine for free. The new one arrived 1 day later after the complain and it worked immediately. Good luck!!
