I just rent a apartment today.

It is in a quiet area, located just across the border from B. Limburg to Maastrichtersteenweg (directly adjacent to Tongerseweg) the building is equipped with all facilities, such as. kitchen with refrigerator and electric 4 pips-fire and exhaust stacks.

Bathroom with bath and shower curtain, toilet and sink with cabinets.

A bedroom and living room for 2 people, lammellen, light.
Internet and satellite connectivity.

a basement room for the scooter or bicycle. open car parking and industrial washing machine and dryer

3 km away from Maastricht university. shops within walking distance. Bus stop at 50 meters.

i guess it's a one person-apartment, or a couple.

in belgium you can get a one-person flat for 300 - 350 euro.
