As your reservation was made through a travel agency, all pre-departure requests, inquiries and
changes should be directed to the original travel agency for handling.
Responsibility of the reservation shifts to the airline only after the first ticketed flight has

一路上抱回去很辛苦的。记住!订好后要上KLM的网站查查是否前排,我第一次带小孩回去时,旅行团帮我订了位子,上了机才发觉受骗。
