Dear fellow TU Delft students,
My name is Ranidia Leeman, I am from Indonesia and I am admitted in the MSc. International
in Architecture Program for year 2003 intake.
I assumed those receiving this email does not have their MVV yet. My MVV procedure had
passed 5 weeks until now. My flight is due today and unchanged, so I have lost my flight
ticket already.
I feel unsatisfied with how TU Delft staff handles this situation. As an international
institution with hundreds of years experience they suppose to process this matter seriously
and put priority towards the international students (whom paid alot more than local
students). I have been informed that they can not reach the IND (while I am from INdonesia
was able to contact the IND, but they won't let out any information, except to TU Delft).
And they're giving this delay information too late, so our plan and preparation had been
ruined.
I personally had chosen to quit my job, refuse another job offer in Japan, loose the
opportunity to be enrolled in other universities that had admitted me (Architectural
Association and UCL Bartlett, London) just for the sake of TU Delft, which now has
mistreated me like this.
I intensely inquire about the "full refund and compensation" of my loss altogether with my
enrollment withdrawal from TU Delft, which until now has not been responded seriously. They
take this matter very slow while I have transfered all my money and investment to the
Netherlands. I feel trapped and hopeless. I know this is a student's RIGHT to get their
money back and compensation out of university's bad service.
If anyone of you knows the procedure or fastest way to get this refund, please notify me as
soon as possible.
Thank you so much for your kind attention and consideration.
Sincerely yours,
Ranidia Leeman |
