The 4th edition of the World Statues Festival is coming up. On the 30th and 31st of August the city center of Arnhem will be standing still, 300 living statues will give their best. You can watch the statues for hours, but also enjoy the other (street) performances, concerts, theaters or have a cold drink on one of the many terraces.
On Saturday the 30th of August over 100 children will perform during the Kids Statues contest. Contestants will be judged by a jury of professionals and a jury of children. On Sunday the 31st of August the adults will try to obtain the title of World Champion living statues. A jury of professionals has the difficult task of presenting this award and also the award for Dutch Champion living statues. The audience can also vote for their favorite and decide who goes home with the audience award.
