Unfortunately we did not receive the positive advice to issue a MVV visa
yet. As soon as we do, we will contact the China Service Centre for
Scholarly Exchange.

Please note that the MVV application can take 3 months; application was
submitted 4-7-2003

我问了移民局，可是他没这么说，而且还说有很多是要在1号之前处理完成的~！
