学校合同里给了这么一段
Health insurance
The new Health Insurance Act came into effect on 1 January 2006. Everyone in paid employment now pays an income-dependent contribution equivalent to 7.2 % of their income. This contribution will be reimbursed by Delft University of Technology and transferred on your behalf, via the tax authorities, to the combined health insurance companies.

Delft University of Technology offers you the choice of two collective health insurance schemes, In which you can participate if you so wish. The schemes in question are the Ohra Zorgverzekering and the Achmea Zilveren Kruis Beter Af Polis. The basic cover packages of both providers are the same, but the supplementary packages differ. For detailed information, I would refer you to the insurance companies' websites.

现在又给了ORHA的一堆条款，谁知道那个an income-dependent contribution equivalent to 7.2 % of their income是用税后收入支付的还是包括在税里？是支付保费的哪一部分的？大家说的每个月自己付的几十上百欧是不是指的ORHA或者其他公司的supplementary packages的费用？
