有没有学校现在可以申请的

我朋友ID快到期了，想找个学校来申请ID，刚刚问过WITTENBORG学校要雅思６分, 有没有学校不要雅思的，而且现在申请还来的及的？？？所有学校都快开学了，不知道还有没有学校现在可以申请的????有知道的帮帮忙了，急急急!!!!!!!!!!1

You can check the deadline of application on the university websites

If it is too late, you can apply the spring class...

About English...it depends on the language in your last education institution. If you did your high school and/or BSc in English, you do not need English test.
