I have a problem regarding apartment. I would like to rent an apartment here. But just now a Dutch collegue told me that I have to pay extra tax for the single apartment. And the tax is not included in the rent. That's to say, I have to pay some extra money in addition to the rent itself. I was wondering is it the case. Then how to calculate how much i should pay every month in addition to the rent?
