The BSN is identical to the present tax and social insurance number (SoFi number). The BSN also consists of nine digits. Whereas the SoFi number is mainly used for fiscal purposes, the BSN will be used more widely. ID卡上找不到都9位的号码啊....
BSN numer =sofi number. It is exist on the Dutch perple's ID card, but not on our foreigner's. U can go to city Hall in your city and ask for it. It always took some money, maybe 8 euro. Good luck.
