北京取签材料（博士）

我想核实一下是不是只用带信里面所带的材料就是了，没有说的就不用带，比如学位证明（因为现在是提前答辩，还没有拿到硕士学位证）。体检什么的？



信里面是这么说的
To enable the authorities to judge whether you are eligible for admission to the Netherlands, please also bring the following additional information and documents with you:
为了有助于荷兰有关当局正确审批您是否可以入境荷兰, 请带上以下额外材料:

(x)           A valid passport – containing a blank visa page – valid for at least 3 months after issuing the MVV visa,
(x)           One fully completed and signed Schengen application form with one recent, resembling picture attached (can be downloaded from our website),
(x)           A photocopy of your employment contract or a letter of your employer,
(x)           Your original and complete family "hukou" book (plus photo copy),（这里还有一个问题，现在户口在学校，是不是只用去保卫处开个集体户口的条子就是了？）

只用带取签函要求的材料就够了；
户口用学校保卫处的集体户口卡就行。
（我取年9月份取的签证，供参考）

要拿户口卡原件。申请表可以到大使馆后再领，然后让那小姑娘帮着填好贴张照片就行了。Good Luck!

护照及复印件-----第一页和签名页〈记得要在护照上签名〉，身份证及复印件，户口本及复印件，照片，取签函，出生公证〈经过双认证的〉及其复印件〈这个我取签证的时侯用到了〉，学位证明和体检好像没有用到。  
仅供参考。

还有，从网上下载一份申请表填好，贴上照片。另外，再带一张照片，扫描用的。

学位证明和体检都不用带的，要带户口卡原件。个人建议把申根签证申请表打印出来填好带过去。

体检是不用做的，我就浪费了400多！

没有必要体检了吗？所有手续都不需要体检表的吗？
