Tinbergen, what should we do?

To sign the contract and to pick up the keys to your room, you should come to the office of De Key on 15-08-2003  We expect a lot of students on this day. In order to keep the waiting time as short as possible, we have invited the new students at different times. You are expected on 15-08-2003, between 8.30 and 16.30 to sign your lease agreement.
The address is: Hoogte Kadijk 179, Amsterdam

On this day you will have to pay the first month’s rent,  a deposit (if applicable) and  25.00 administration costs. You can pay cash (only in euro’s), by “pin” machine (“Maestro”) or by credit card (AMEX, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD) at the cashier’s of De Key.

怎么办，我们签证还没拿到啊。而且租金太贵了，他们说我的租约是一年，不如我们跟其他学生约好以后办出去吧

没办法，学校给你份的房子，你只能接受不能调换，他们一人只给一次分配。如果不满意就自己找。先接收了，以后再搬吧

房租居然要370 euro一个月，真的不便宜..

5555, 如果是这样的话那花的钱就多了。我可不想做大头，学校也太狠了（连葡萄牙的女生都跟我喊贵）。怎么办呢？
