刚找春之旅的票来者,看到有这个卡可以不要钱买,所以奇怪想问问
应该是荷兰人才有的卡吧????

Q-Park P&R kortingskaart

It's for parking.
Normally, if you have the discount card of NS, you can ask it from the counter. Before you pay the parking fee, you scan this card, you will get discount on parking fee.

normally only for car parking, I've never heard of usage for bikes.
But,
my dutch is not good, therefore, that is only my understanding from the NS web info.
