In this trend, some have already set up their establishments in China to take full advantage of the cheap labor and huge consumer market; some are trying to find their way there; and others are still watching. However, they are facing a same problem, and a same challenge, that is the difference in culture and legal system.
We take the liberty in this seminar to gain you a bit insight into Chinese culture, particularly that related to business conducting; where lies the root of such culture; and some do’s and don’ts will surely be favorable for you doing business in/with China. Furthermore, an introduction of Chinese law will be made with respect to contract, foreign investment and etc. Though discussion of some practical legal issues, you may identify your thoughts or situations on similar matters.
