Master临毕业时写了conference paper,递了上去就毕业了。 现在换了个学校上phd。刚收到信说paper被accept了，去参加会议的钱能让现在的学校给报销么

Normally no, it's not really about money, but how the system works.
Many cases, the university simply cannot pay conference cost to someone who is currently not an empolyee/student of the university.

In most similar cases, your professor will go to the conference to present your paper, or withdraw.

But, anyway, ask your professor first
