visa problem

I wanna ask whether uu have asked anyone of you to send 1500 euro (around$ 15000 of RMB)bank transfer to them for applying the entry visa
they have mentioned that the bank saving proof was unused now...
can anyone give me some suggestion...

1500 is the tuition fee? once you have paid for the tuition fee, you are done the registration as full time student. then the whole process of visa application begins

sorry for the mistake that i have made...
it should be€  15,000 that means (150,000 RMB)
and is the bank statement is no use now?
