1，我属于4年的bursary博士，TUD微电子所芯片设计，带有奖学金的没错。那么有没有可能通过导师或者Department申请作AIO(trainee research assistant)呢？ 或者说，是不是我有这种工资和赋税行为，就可能申请到“配偶的这种相关待遇”
2，关于配偶过来工作，她要怎么办理？她的TOEFL-ibt有100多，足够好了。雅思虽然只有6分那只是为了申请NESO，没有复习直接去考的。关于她来工作，要办什么签证？怎么弄？急迫中ing..
请大家帮忙，兄弟我近27岁了，不可能一个独闯天涯似的出来4年这么久。

Anyway, to answer your question
1: Your partner has the same legal right as you. So if you are an employee of TUD, e.g. AIO, your wife is entitled to work in the netherlands without work permit, or KM, or whatever.
But if you are a student, your partner will have to need WP to be able to work.
So, the point is what is your status.
2: To apply as employee visa for her, she need to have a job offer from a dutch company, which is very very very difficutl if she is now in china.
So, the only feasible way for her to come to holland is to apply partnership. In this case, you need to prove you have sufficient income for two persons. For details, just the embassy and ask the secretary in your group.
