Herengracht
The building at Herengracht 33-35 dates from 1886. Itis situated on one of the finest canals in the city centre of Leiden. In front of the building there is a courtyard with several wooden seats. During warm summer evenings this courtyard is the scene of many an international gathering.
There are 33 modern housing units with ample communal amenities. The rooms vary in size and price, but are all furnished with the same furniture. The kitchens have all necessary crockery and cutlery and are shared with max. 10 persons. The showers and toilets are shared with max. 4 persons.
Furthermore, there is a communal room and a laundrette with washing machines and ironing equipment. The use of these facilities is included in the rent.
Please note: if you share a room, both of the tenants are responsible for the rent of the room. If one of the tenants terminates the agreement earlier than the other(s), the remaining tenant(s) is (are) responsible for the full apartment’s rent.
