I am afaid that there is no enough time for applying this year. Last year I was almost the last one accepted by TSM, and I had the interview at the end of July. As a result, I was one week late and missed the first introduction week.
The tuition fee is 18500 euro, and this program will last one and half years including six-month internship.

i think the tuition fee is not 18,500euro this year,it is surposed around or more than 20,000 euro.
