昨天在街上被警察拦住查ID护照,而且刚才听朋友说最近有在饭店被查黑工就到网上查了查,结果发现荷兰打黑工,老板罚款8000,员工也要罚款4000,可是我们学生有几个是申请了正规的打工许可的啊.
况且如果每周只工作几个小时,谁会给你申请工作许可啊,再说许可只在一家店有用,想知道大家都怎么办的啊,万一被抓不是死了.

Employees of the Labour Inspectorate and
the Social Information and Investigations
Service (SIOD) of the Ministry of Social
Affairs and Employment supervise
compliance with the WAV, together with
the police. They can conduct inspections
(unannounced), require inspection of
personnel accounts and ask employees to
identify themselves at the workplace.
If a person cannot show an identity
document, you must take account of the
possibility that he or she will be taken
away by the police for identification.
If it is found that you allow employees
to work without the necessary work
permits, a penalty report will be drawn up.
Whether you are actually fined will be
decided on the basis of this report and
your response. The minimum fine is
€ 8,000 for each worker employed illegally.
Private individuals pay a minimum fine
of € 4,000. More information on the
