还需要未刑的证明么？

以前听人家说，未刑的证明是要等到了荷兰以后落户需要用的
可是查了一下学校网页上面的Residence Permits好象没有提到这个东东
原文如下：
1. The individual alien (student or employee) reports to the municipal office (for details of the different cities in the region see below) that he/she wishes to apply for a residence permit and to be registered. The following documents should be taken:
- passport
- if available, birth certificate, marriage certificate
- letter of appointment/letter from the training institute
- work permit, if necessary
- proof of financing
- money for the administration costs charge (which vary from  28 to  430, for exact amounts see the IND website)

不知道究竟需不需要办未刑的公证？
如果要办，是要办公证呢还是双认证？
请指教！

办理ID的时候好像没有用到这个公证件。

是不是就可以认为不用办了？

我觉得你可以打个电话去大使馆问问，有的时候中介的说法都不对，白白花钱！

要用的！一定要公正！！不用双认证。办居留卡和申请Visa的时候都要用的！！

那我问过学校，为什么学校说不需要呢？
